Tropical Anti-Inflammatory Fruit Drink

Ingredients

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • ½ cup small diced fruit or jelly cubes for texture
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend the orange juice, mango, pineapple, ginger, turmeric, and honey until smooth.
  2. Stir in the diced fruit or jelly cubes.
  3. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  4. Serve over ice.

About Pain Relief

Ingredients such as ginger and turmeric have been studied for their anti-inflammatory properties and may help some people with mild aches and stiffness. However, they are not equivalent to morphine and should not be relied upon for significant pain control.
