Frosty Chocolate Protein Frosty

This thick, creamy frozen drink is inspired by a classic chocolate frosty but packs extra protein. Similar recipes typically use chocolate protein powder, milk, ice, and cocoa for a rich, frosty texture.  

Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or almond milk)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1–2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Sweetener to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the milk, frozen banana, protein powder, cocoa powder, and vanilla to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the ice and blend again until thick and creamy.
  4. If it’s too thick, add a splash of milk. If it’s too thin, add more ice.
  5. Serve immediately with a spoon or straw.

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • A handful of frozen cauliflower for extra creaminess without changing the flavor
