Ingredients:
- 1 pack (200g) graham crackers or digestive biscuits (or ladyfingers)
- 2 cups (480ml) heavy cream (or whipping cream)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: crushed nuts, grated chocolate, fruit, or caramel sauce
👩🍳
Instructions:
- Whip the Cream:
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add vanilla extract and slowly pour in the sweetened condensed milk while whipping until stiff peaks form. (Don’t overwhip.)
- Layer the Dessert:
- In a square or rectangular dish (8×8 or similar), place a single layer of graham crackers.
- Spread a generous layer of the cream mixture over the crackers.
- Repeat the layers (crackers → cream) until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cream on top.
- Chill:
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. This allows the crackers to soften into a cake-like texture.
- Serve:
- Before serving, add your desired toppings—grated chocolate, fruit slices, caramel drizzle, or crushed nuts.

Tips:
- For extra flavor, dip the biscuits in coffee or juice before layering.
- Add sliced bananas or berries between layers for a fruity version.
- Want a chocolate twist? Mix 2 tbsp of cocoa powder into the cream mixture.
