Layered Creamy Dessert: A Simple, Easy Recipe with Few Ingredients, Perfect for Any Occasion

✅

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack (200g) graham crackers or digestive biscuits (or ladyfingers)
  • 2 cups (480ml) heavy cream (or whipping cream)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: crushed nuts, grated chocolate, fruit, or caramel sauce

👩‍🍳

Instructions:

  1. Whip the Cream:
    • In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
    • Add vanilla extract and slowly pour in the sweetened condensed milk while whipping until stiff peaks form. (Don’t overwhip.)
  2. Layer the Dessert:
    • In a square or rectangular dish (8×8 or similar), place a single layer of graham crackers.
    • Spread a generous layer of the cream mixture over the crackers.
    • Repeat the layers (crackers → cream) until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cream on top.
  3. Chill:
    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. This allows the crackers to soften into a cake-like texture.
  4. Serve:
    • Before serving, add your desired toppings—grated chocolate, fruit slices, caramel drizzle, or crushed nuts.

Tips:

  • For extra flavor, dip the biscuits in coffee or juice before layering.
  • Add sliced bananas or berries between layers for a fruity version.
  • Want a chocolate twist? Mix 2 tbsp of cocoa powder into the cream mixture.
