- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

- Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). - Prepare the shrimp:
Place the shrimp in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and add the minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss to coat the shrimp evenly with the marinade. - Bake the shrimp:
Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish or on a lined baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through. - Serve:
