The Ultimate Cheeseburger Stack

Ingredients:

  • 5 beef patties (or more for extra indulgence)
  • 5-6 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 sesame seed bun (top and bottom)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: pickles, onions, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Patties:
    • Season the beef patties with salt and pepper on both sides.
    • Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat and cook the patties to your desired level of doneness.
    • For each patty, cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium, or longer for more well-done.
  2. Add Cheese:
    • After cooking each patty, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top and allow it to melt over the hot patty.
  3. Prepare the Bun:
    • Toast the sesame seed bun lightly on the grill or in a pan for a few minutes until golden brown.
  4. Assemble the Burger:
    • Begin with the bottom half of the bun.
    • Stack the cooked, cheese-covered beef patties one on top of the other.
    • Add any optional toppings you desire.
    • Finally, place the top half of the bun over the stack.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Grab a napkin (or two!) and enjoy the massive, cheesy, meaty goodness!
