- Make the crust:
Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into a lined 9×9-inch pan. Chill for 20β30 minutes. - Prepare the filling:
In a bowl, whisk condensed milk, lemon juice, and zest until thickened. Gently fold in whipped cream until smooth. - Assemble:
Spread the lemon filling evenly over the chilled crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set. - Add topping:
Spread whipped cream on top and sprinkle with lemon zest. - Slice & serve:
