Creamy No-Bake Lemon Dream Bars

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers
  • Β½ cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

For the Lemon Filling:

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • Β½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to soft peaks)

For the Topping:

  • 1 Β½ cups whipped cream
  • Extra lemon zest (for garnish)

  1. Make the crust:
    Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into a lined 9×9-inch pan. Chill for 20–30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the filling:
    In a bowl, whisk condensed milk, lemon juice, and zest until thickened. Gently fold in whipped cream until smooth.
  3. Assemble:
    Spread the lemon filling evenly over the chilled crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set.
  4. Add topping:
    Spread whipped cream on top and sprinkle with lemon zest.
  5. Slice & serve:
    Cut into squares and serve chilled.
