Morning Detox Drink for a Flatter Belly

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • ½ tsp grated ginger or ginger powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1–2 slices cucumber or lemon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Warm the water (not boiling).
  2. Add the fresh lemon juice.
  3. Stir in honey and grated ginger.
  4. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper if desired.
  5. Mix well and drink first thing in the morning before breakfast.
