- Mix dry ingredients

- Mix wet ingredients
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla.
- Combine
- Slowly mix wet into dry until you get a thick batter.
- Bake
- Pour into loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes until golden brown and firm.
- Cool completely
- Let it cool before slicing (important for texture!).
