Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250 ml) water
- 4–6 whole cloves
Instructions:
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the cloves.
- Let it simmer for about 5–10 minutes.
- Turn off heat and let it steep for another 5 minutes.
- Strain out the cloves.
- Drink warm (you can add honey if the taste is too strong).

- Add a slice of ginger for extra warmth
- Add cinnamon for flavor
- Let it cool and drink it as a mild infused water
