Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup (240g) plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup (120g) sweetened condensed milk

(That’s it! Just 3 ingredients.)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Cool slightly
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing — it firms up as it cools.

Preheat oven
Set to 180°C (350°F).

Mix
In a bowl, whisk eggs until smooth.
Add yogurt and condensed milk.
Mix until creamy and well combined.

Prepare pan
Lightly grease a small baking dish.

Bake
Pour mixture into dish.
Bake for 30–40 minutes until golden on top and set in the center.
