- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional but highly recommended)

- Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F.
- In a bowl, mix:
- Self-rising flour
- Heavy cream
- Cheese (if using)
Stir until just combined (don’t overmix).
- Drop dough by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet (no need to shape perfectly).
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown on top.
✨ Optional upgrades
- Brush tops with melted butter + garlic powder after baking
- Add herbs (parsley, chives) for extra flavor
- Sprinkle a little extra cheese on top before baking

Use this substitute:
