Ingredients:
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 can (about 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 120 ml (½ cup) fresh lemon juice

- Make the crust & crumble:

- Mix the rest of the cake mix with 1 egg and ½ cup melted butter (if your version truly uses only 3 ingredients, skip egg/butter and just press half the mix as-is—it’ll be more crumbly).
- Press firmly into a greased baking dish to form the base.
- Prepare the filling:
- In a bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice until thick and smooth.
- Assemble:
- Pour the lemon mixture over the crust.
- Sprinkle the reserved cake mix on top as a crumble layer.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the top is lightly golden.
- Cool completely, then chill for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares.
