3-Ingredient Morning Energy Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

Instructions

  1. Cook the oats with the milk according to package directions (about 5 minutes on the stovetop or 2–3 minutes in the microwave).
  2. Mash half the banana into the cooked oats.
  3. Slice the remaining banana and place on top.
  4. Serve warm.

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Chopped nuts or seeds
