Ingredients
4β6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 can (about 400g) whole cranberry sauce
1 packet onion soup mix
2 tbsp ketchup (optional, for extra tang)
1 tbsp soy sauce (optional, for depth)
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Prepare the chicken
Place the chicken pieces in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Add the sauce
Pour the cranberry sauce evenly over the chicken.
Season
Sprinkle the onion soup mix on top. Add ketchup, soy sauce, and garlic powder if using.
Cook
Low: 6β7 hours
High: 3β4 hours
Serve
Spoon the sauce over the chicken and serve hot.

Add sliced onions or carrots for extra flavor
For a thicker sauce, remove lid in last 30 minutes or mix in a cornstarch slurry
