Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
Instructions
- Cook the oats with the milk according to package directions (about 5 minutes on the stovetop or 2–3 minutes in the microwave).
- Mash half the banana into the cooked oats.
- Slice the remaining banana and place on top.
- Serve warm.

- 1 teaspoon honey
- A pinch of cinnamon
- Chopped nuts or seeds
