- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional for tanginess)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
- Prepare the Rice:
- Cook the rice according to package instructions using either water or broth. Set aside.
- Season the Chicken:
- In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Rub this seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Cook the Chicken:
