Ingredients:
- 6 medium-sized potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Slice them in half lengthwise.
- Place the potato halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes, making sure each one is coated evenly.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper over the potatoes.
- Roast in the oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
