Crispy Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Place the potato halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes, making sure each one is coated evenly.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper over the potatoes.
  6. Roast in the oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
