Turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, lemon juice & and raw honey

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder (or 2 tbsp fresh grated turmeric)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Juice of 1 fresh lemon
  • ½ to 1 cup raw honey (enough to make a thick paste)

👉 Optional (recommended):

  • A pinch of black pepper (helps turmeric absorption)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a clean bowl, mix turmeric, grated ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
  2. Add fresh lemon juice and stir well.
  3. Slowly add raw honey and mix until you get a smooth, thick paste.
  4. Transfer to a clean glass jar with a lid.
  5. Store in the refrigerator.

🥄 How to Use:

  • Take 1 teaspoon daily for general immune support.
  • During cold season: 1 teaspoon 1–2 times daily.
  • Can be added to warm (not hot) water, tea, or milk.
