Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder (or 2 tbsp fresh grated turmeric)
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Juice of 1 fresh lemon
- ½ to 1 cup raw honey (enough to make a thick paste)
👉 Optional (recommended):
- A pinch of black pepper (helps turmeric absorption)

- In a clean bowl, mix turmeric, grated ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
- Add fresh lemon juice and stir well.
- Slowly add raw honey and mix until you get a smooth, thick paste.
- Transfer to a clean glass jar with a lid.
- Store in the refrigerator.

- Take 1 teaspoon daily for general immune support.
- During cold season: 1 teaspoon 1–2 times daily.
- Can be added to warm (not hot) water, tea, or milk.
