Air Fryer Poached Eggs

Ingredients:

  • Fresh eggs (as many as you prefer)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
  2. Lightly grease 4 small ramekins or cups with a bit of cooking spray.
  3. Crack one egg into each ramekin.
  4. Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket, ensuring there’s enough space between them for air circulation.
  5. Cook the eggs for 8-10 minutes, depending on how runny you like the yolk.
  6. Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve the eggs on a plate and enjoy them with toast or any side you prefer.
