Ingredients
2 lbs (about 900 g) potatoes, sliced into rounds or chunks
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional for extra creaminess)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish lightly with butter or oil. - Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and slice potatoes into thin rounds or bite-size chunks. Place them in the baking dish. - Make the Creamy Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat:
Melt the butter.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly thick.

Pour the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce evenly over the potatoes. - Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil, sprinkle mozzarella (optional), and bake 15–20 more minutes until golden and tender. - Finish
Sprinkle with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
Tips
Use Yukon Gold or red potatoes for the best creamy texture.
Add crispy bacon bits or mushrooms for extra flavor.
Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end to get a crispy top. 🔥
