- Make the batter
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla until smooth. - Rest the batter (optional but recommended)
Let the batter rest for 10β20 minutes. This helps make softer crepes. - Heat the pan
Lightly butter a non-stick skillet and heat over medium heat. - Cook the crepes
- Pour about ΒΌ cup batter into the pan.
- Swirl the pan so the batter spreads into a thin layer.
- Cook for 1β2 minutes until the bottom is golden.
- Flip and cook the other side for 30β60 seconds.
- Serve
