- 2β4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)

- Season the pork chops
Pat dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. - Prepare foil packets
Tear large pieces of aluminum foil and place each pork chop in the center. Fold the edges up to create a βbowlβ (like in the image). - Add flavor
Place a small piece of butter on top of each pork chop and drizzle a little broth into each packet. - Seal the packets
Close the foil tightly to lock in moisture. - Place in crockpot
Arrange the foil packets inside your slow cooker. - Cook
- Low: 6β7 hours
- High: 3β4 hours
- Serve
Carefully open packets (hot steam!) and spoon juices over the pork chops. Garnish with parsley if desired.
