Fork-Tender Foil Packet Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 2–4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Β½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or mixed herbs)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Β½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ΒΌ cup chicken broth or water
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

  1. Season the pork chops
    Pat dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.

  3. Add flavor
