- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley or mixed herbs
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and herbs.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in shredded cheese, diced ham, and green onions.
- Pour in the milk and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with butter or your favorite dipping sauce.

Tips
