Anti-Inflammatory Liquid Gold (Green Juice)

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 4–5 celery stalks
  • 1–2 green apples (for a bit of sweetness)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
  • 1 handful parsley or cilantro
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger
  • ½ lemon (peeled)
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon turmeric (or fresh turmeric root)

Instructions:

  1. Wash everything thoroughly.
  2. Chop ingredients into pieces that fit your juicer/blender.
  3. Juicer method:
    • Feed everything through the juicer.
  4. Blender method:
    • Add ingredients with ~1 cup water
    • Blend, then strain using a fine mesh or cheesecloth
  5. Stir well and chill before serving.

💡 Tips:

  • Store in airtight bottles (like in your image) for up to 2–3 days in the fridge.
  • Shake before drinking—natural separation is normal.
  • Drink on an empty stomach for best effect.
