Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Wash everything thoroughly.
- Chop ingredients into pieces that fit your juicer/blender.
- Juicer method:
- Feed everything through the juicer.
- Blender method:
- Add ingredients with ~1 cup water
- Blend, then strain using a fine mesh or cheesecloth
