Ingredients
- 1 avocado pit (seed)
- 2–3 cups water
- Optional:
- Honey
- Lemon
- Cinnamon
Preparation
- Wash the avocado pit and remove any remaining fruit.
- Dry it for a few hours or overnight.
- Chop or grate the pit (it’s very hard, so be careful).
- Put the pieces in a pot with 2–3 cups of water.
- Boil for 15–20 minutes.
- Strain the liquid into a cup.
Optional Flavor
- Add honey or lemon to reduce bitterness.
