Ingredients

  • 1 avocado pit (seed)
  • 2–3 cups water
  • Optional:
    • Honey
    • Lemon
    • Cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Wash the avocado pit and remove any remaining fruit.
  2. Dry it for a few hours or overnight.
  3. Chop or grate the pit (it’s very hard, so be careful).
  4. Put the pieces in a pot with 2–3 cups of water.
