Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sear pork chops for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.
- Add mushrooms and onion to the skillet and sauté until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Mix in cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir the cooked bacon into the sauce.
- Pour mushroom bacon sauce over the pork chops.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until pork chops are tender and fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
