Bacon Mushroom Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sear pork chops for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.
  4. Add mushrooms and onion to the skillet and sauté until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Mix in cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Stir the cooked bacon into the sauce.
  7. Pour mushroom bacon sauce over the pork chops.
  8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until pork chops are tender and fully cooked.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
