  • 1 egg

For the topping:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the dough:
    • In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, yeast, and sugar.
    • Add the lukewarm water, olive oil, and sour cream, mixing to form a sticky dough.
    • Knead for about 10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. You can also use a stand mixer for this step.
    • Cover the dough with a clean towel or plastic wrap and let it rise for about 1-1.5 hours until it doubles in size.
  2. Prepare the filling:
