Canning Baileys Irish Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Irish whiskey
  • 1 tsp instant coffee or espresso powder
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a blender, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, Irish whiskey, instant coffee, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Bottle: Pour the mixture into clean glass bottles or jars. Seal with lids and refrigerate.
  3. Serve: Shake before serving, and enjoy it chilled or as part of a cocktail.

Notes:

  • The homemade Baileys can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks.
  • For a smoother texture, you can strain it before bottling.
