Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (or sausage for more flavor)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional for extra gooeyness)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp dried parsley (for garnish)
🧑🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Cook the meat:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned.
Drain excess fat. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. - Prepare the dough:
Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin. - Fill & wrap:
Place a spoonful of cooked meat in the center of each biscuit.
Add a sprinkle of cheddar and mozzarella on top.
Pinch edges together to seal and form a ball. Place seam-side down in muffin tin. - Top & bake:
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle extra cheese over each roll-up. - Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley. Serve hot with dipping sauces like ranch, marinara, or gravy!
