- 4 medium zucchinis, sliced into ¼-inch rounds

🔥 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prep zucchini: Wash and slice the zucchini into rounds. Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Sauté briefly (optional for extra flavor):
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add zucchini slices and cook 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden. Add garlic during the last minute of cooking. - Transfer to baking dish:
