For Serving:
- 4–6 buttery croissants, sliced open
- Optional: lettuce leaves or spring mix

- In a medium bowl, combine chicken, mayo, mustard (if using), celery, grapes, nuts, and lemon juice.
- Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in parsley or green onion if using.
