Chicken Salad with Grapes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • ½ cup cashews or chopped pecans
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onions

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, grapes, celery, and cashews.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Chill for 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
