🔪 Instructions:
- Prep the Cinnamon Rolls:
- Open the cinnamon roll can and separate the rolls.
- Cut each roll into 6–8 small pieces (bite-sized).
- Make the Egg Mixture:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Soak the Pieces:
- Add the cinnamon roll pieces into the egg mixture. Stir gently to coat all sides.
- Let them soak for about 3–5 minutes while heating the pan.
- Cook the Bites:
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Add the soaked pieces in a single layer. Cook for about 2–3 minutes per side, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
- Warm the Icing:
- Microwave the included icing for 10–15 seconds to drizzle consistency.
- Serve:
- Drizzle warm icing over the bites.
- Optionally, top with syrup, powdered sugar, or whipped cream.
💡 Tips:
- For extra crunch, sprinkle a little brown sugar on them while cooking.
- Want it extra gooey? Add a bit of cream cheese to the icing.
