Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, diced
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sweetener or powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sweetener (or sugar) and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the strawberries, bananas, pineapple, coconut, chocolate chips, and pecans.
- Fold everything together carefully until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Spoon into dessert cups and garnish with whipped cream, extra pecans, chocolate chips, and a cherry if desired.
