Creamy Loaded Cheesecake Fruit Salad Recipe (Easy No-Bake Dessert)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, diced
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sweetener or powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sweetener (or sugar) and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add the strawberries, bananas, pineapple, coconut, chocolate chips, and pecans.
  6. Fold everything together carefully until evenly coated.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  8. Spoon into dessert cups and garnish with whipped cream, extra pecans, chocolate chips, and a cherry if desired.

  • Crushed graham crackers for a cheesecake crust flavor
