Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp instant yeast
- ¾ cup warm milk (or water)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let rest 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Add egg, oil, salt, then gradually add flour. Mix and knead until soft and smooth.
- Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour (until doubled).
- Roll out the dough (about 1–1.5 cm thick) and cut into round discs.
- Cover and rest 15 minutes.
- Heat oil on medium-low heat and fry the dough discs, flipping until golden on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
