Four Ingredient Nougat Bars

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
  2. 2 tablespoons butter
  3. 2 cups mini marshmallows
  4. 1½ cups gummy candies (like gummy bears, worms, or chopped gumdrops)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the pan
    Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease it if desired.
  2. Melt the chocolate & butter
    In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and butter.
    Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
  3. Add marshmallows
    Stir in the mini marshmallows. Microwave again in short bursts (10–20 seconds), just until they melt enough to mix well into the chocolate.
  4. Fold in gummy candies
    Let the mixture cool slightly (1–2 minutes), then fold in the gummy candies so they don’t melt.
  5. Spread & chill
    Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Slice & enjoy
    Remove from the pan, cut into bars or squares, and serve!

Tips:

  • You can substitute with fruit snacks, chopped dried fruit, or nuts for variety.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
