🫙 Ginger, Onion, Garlic, Lemon & Honey Mix

🥄 Ingredients:
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped or grated
• 1 whole garlic bulb (8–10 cloves), minced or grated
• 1 medium piece fresh ginger (about 5–7 cm), grated
• Juice of 1–2 fresh lemons
• Raw honey (enough to fully cover the mixture in the jar)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1. Prepare the ingredients
Peel and grate the ginger.
Peel and finely chop or grate the onion and garlic.
2. Mix together
Put everything in a clean glass jar.
3. Add lemon juice
Pour the fresh lemon juice over the mixture.
4. Add honey
Pour raw honey until all ingredients are completely covered.
5. Let it sit
Close the jar tightly and let it rest:
• At room temperature for 12–24 hours
• Then store in the fridge

🥄 How to Use:
• Take 1 tablespoon daily for immune support.
• For cough or cold: 1 tablespoon 2–3 times a day.
• Can be added to warm (not hot) water or tea.
