Green Wellness Smoothie

A refreshing fruit-and-greens smoothie packed with vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants. While ingredients like soursop can be part of a healthy diet, they are not proven to cure or fight cancer. Always rely on qualified medical care for cancer treatment.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
  • 1/2 cup soursop pulp (seeds removed)
  • 1 green apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 cup coconut water or cold water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all ingredients.
  2. Add spinach, soursop pulp, apple, cucumber, lime juice, and coconut water to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend again if desired.
  5. Taste and add honey for sweetness if needed.
  6. Serve chilled.

  • Chia seeds or flaxseeds for fiber
  • Mint leaves for freshness
