Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat) – ~25g protein
- 2 large eggs – ~12g protein
- ½ cup rolled oats or oat flour – ~5g protein
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder – ~20–25g protein
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- ¾ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- Pinch salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, oats, protein powder, baking powder, vanilla, salt, and sweetener until smooth.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Pour mixture into a greased small baking dish or ramekin.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until set in the center and lightly golden.
- Let cool 5–10 minutes, then top with extra berries or yogurt.
