Ingredients
Base
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Strawberry Flavor
- 1 cup strawberries, blended or mashed
Vanilla Flavor
- Extra 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mango Flavor
- 1 cup mango puree
Instructions
1. Whip the Cream
In a large bowl, beat the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
2. Make the Base
In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with vanilla extract.
3. Combine
Fold the whipped cream gently into the condensed milk mixture until smooth and fluffy.
4. Divide & Flavor
Split the mixture into separate containers:
- Add strawberry puree for strawberry ice cream
- Add extra vanilla for classic vanilla
- Add mango puree for mango ice cream
5. Freeze
Cover the containers and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
6. Serve
Scoop and enjoy creamy homemade ice cream without an ice cream machine.
Tips
- For extra texture, add chocolate chips, crushed cookies, or fruit chunks.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
