Instructions:
Step 1: Make the Pie Crust
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Add the cold cubed butter and mix until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. You can use your hands or a pastry cutter to achieve this.
- Add the egg and cold water, mixing until the dough comes together. You may need to adjust the amount of water slightly depending on the consistency of the dough.
