Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onion
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with foil and lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Place patties on the prepared tray and brush lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
