Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onion
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with foil and lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties.
  4. Place patties on the prepared tray and brush lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.

  • Serve with garlic aioli or ranch dip
  • Add to sandwiches or burgers
  • Pair with mashed potatoes or salad
