Natural Garlic Sleep-Enhancing Tonic Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm milk (or plant-based milk like almond/oat)
  • 1 small clove garlic (lightly crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Optional: pinch of turmeric or cinnamon

Instructions:
