Ingredients
- 1 box (3 oz) orange Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip / whipped topping
- 1 can (14–15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1–2 cups mini marshmallows
- Optional: ½ cup cottage cheese or sour cream for extra creaminess
👩🍳 Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve the orange Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
- Stir in ½ cup cold water.
- Add the instant vanilla pudding mix (dry) and whisk until smooth.
- Let the mixture thicken slightly (about 3–5 minutes).
- Fold in the Cool Whip until creamy.
- Gently mix in:
- Mandarin oranges
- Mini marshmallows
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with extra mandarin orange slices on top.
