Oregano Leaf Remedy for Health

Ingredients
• 5–10 fresh oregano leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried oregano)
• 1 cup hot water
• 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
• ½ teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions
1. Wash the oregano leaves.
2. Crush them slightly to release the oils.
3. Place them in a cup.
4. Pour hot (not boiling) water over the leaves.
5. Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes.
6. Strain the leaves.
7. Add honey or lemon if desired.
8. Drink once or twice daily.
