- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season lightly with salt and pepper if desired.
- In a small bowl, mix the apricot preserves and dry onion soup mix until combined.
- Spoon the mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Cover and cook:
- Low: 5–6 hours
- High: 3–4 hours
- Once the chicken is tender, spoon the sweet and savory sauce over the top before serving.
