Ingredients:
- 200 g dark or milk chocolate
- 1 ½ cups (350 ml) cold heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
Instructions:
- Melt the chocolate
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it gently (microwave in short bursts or over a double boiler). Let it cool slightly. - Whip the cream
In a cold bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar if you want it sweeter. - Combine
Slowly fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream. Mix gently to keep it light and fluffy. - Chill
Spoon into cups (like in your picture) and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours. - Serve
Enjoy as is, or top with cocoa powder, chocolate chips, or crushed biscuits.
💡 Tips:
- For extra fluffiness, don’t overmix when combining.
- Use very cold cream for the best texture.
- You can freeze it for a more ice-cream-like consistency.
