Ingredients:

  • 200 g dark or milk chocolate
  • 1 ½ cups (350 ml) cold heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, adjust to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate
    Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it gently (microwave in short bursts or over a double boiler). Let it cool slightly.
  2. Whip the cream
    In a cold bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar if you want it sweeter.
  3. Combine
    Slowly fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream. Mix gently to keep it light and fluffy.
  4. Chill
    Spoon into cups (like in your picture) and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours.
  5. Serve
    Enjoy as is, or top with cocoa powder, chocolate chips, or crushed biscuits.

💡 Tips:

  • For extra fluffiness, don’t overmix when combining.
  • Use very cold cream for the best texture.
  • You can freeze it for a more ice-cream-like consistency.
